Professionally, I am a writer and death doula. My background includes work in law enforcement, the tattoo industry, antique fiber art restoration, and a brief but traumatic stint in telemarketing.

My human family and I share our growing homestead in the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia with a menagerie of animals, and some ghosts that come and go as they please.
