Professionally, I am a writer and death doula. My background includes work in law enforcement, the tattoo industry, antique fiber art restoration, and a brief but traumatic stint in telemarketing.

I split my time between Dublin's seaside towns and the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia, where my family shares our growing homestead with a menagerie of animals—and a few ghosts who come and go as they please.
